chore: 新增 .gitattributes 禁用行尾归一化，根治 LF/CRLF 历史分叉
- * -text 让 git 不做任何行尾转换，文本以工作区字节原样存储 - README.md 行尾随仓库统一为 CRLF（此前 HEAD 存 LF 而工作区为 CRLF，属分叉遗留） - 背景：本地仓库存 LF、服务器/Gitea 存 CRLF，同一批改动各自提交产生两条并行历史；现两边格式已统一为 CRLF
